Do I need a membership to attend classes?
No. You can book a Drop-In Pass or 5-Day Pass and join any Group Training class on the schedule. Just reserve online so we can save you a spot.

Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
Absolutely. Book a Free Trial through our schedule and we’ll guide you through your first session so you feel comfortable from the start.

What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and bring water. We’ll provide all the coaching, equipment, and good vibes.

Do I need to have CrossFit or lifting experience?

How early should I arrive?
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before class so we can meet you, show you the space, and get you ready to train.

Do you allow visiting CrossFitters or athletes from other gyms?
Yes. We love meeting athletes from other communities. Just book your drop-in online, let us know your experience level, and we’ll get you plugged in.

What if I have an injury or limitation?
No problem. Let your coach know before class, and we’ll adapt movements so you can still get a safe, effective workout.
