Program Description
The Training Lab at Bang BANG Youth Athlete Training Program is designed to develop strength, speed, and explosiveness in young athletes. Through this program, young athletes will learn the six fundimental movements and proper techniques . Athletes between the ages of nine and fifteen are welcome to participate in this program.
Tailored for sports or new challenges like Olympic weightlifting
Enhance power, speed, stamina for a strong sport foundation
Build resilience, reduce injury risks, and support endurance
Work with coaches, track progress through Wodify analytics
